Why can’t I find my profile photo on The Choir page?

On The Choir page, you can see profile pictures of all singers who have submitted a video to Virtual Choir 6 and opted to have a profile photo shown.

If you are struggling to find your photo, please check the following.

• Check that you have submitted a video. If you have submitted a video, you will be able to download your certificate within Your Account.
• Check that you have a profile photo uploaded within Your Account. If you don’t have a profile photo uploaded, your profile photo will not appear on The Choir.
• Check that your profile isn’t marked as anonymous within Your Account. If your account is anonymous, we won’t post your profile photo to The Choir.
• If you are using the search tool, please ensure that you copy and paste your username exactly as it appears in Your Account.

Please also know that:

• Photos are ordered by date of video upload with the newest appearing at the top of the page.
• If you upload or change your photo after you’ve uploaded your video, it will be automatically added to The Choir.
