I’m receiving this error when trying to upload my video: Server responded with 0 code.
This is a general error code which means your device is struggling to connect to our servers. There’s a large variety of reasons this could be so please try these troubleshooting ideas.
- Try clearing your cache. This is found in the settings of your browser.
- Try using an “incognito” or “private” browser window. This will turn off any in-browser extensions that might be affecting the upload.
- Try using a different browser in case there are in-browser settings affecting the connection.
- Try using a different device. Do you have a separate smartphone, tablet or desktop you could use to upload?
- Internet speed could affect the connection to the server. Try using a different connection – either cellular data (4G) or wifi connection.
- Please turn off your firewall and/or your VPN which could prevent the server connection.
